CARS-511 - Condition Acquisition and Reporting System for 511 Traveler Information Services
CARS-511 is a voice XML-based traveler information reporting system that provides callers with real-time construction, accident, road condition, and delay information via an easy-to-remember, three-digit telephone number: “5-1-1”. CARS-511 requires no additional data input because it uses information directly from CARS.

GCM Corridor
Castle Rock worked with Wisconsin and Indiana (and coordinated with Illinois) to develop 511 deployment plans for the Gary/Chicago/Milwaukee (GCM) corridor. The plans focused on sharing travel data among GCM member states, and created a uniform 511 experience for travelers and commuters moving across state borders.
