Implementing the Condition Reporting System hub of the Information Exchange Network initiative for the New York State Department of Transportation. The New York IEN effort focused on the adoption of Castle Rock's Condition Acquisition and Reporting System (CARS) as the statewide source of information on highway conditions with linkage to existing dispatch and incident systems throughout the state.
